The Sports Widow #14

Good afternoon girls. What a weekend. I went to Noosa with some mates. Went to lunch Saturday, a walk in Noosa national Park both mornings and the beach after that. Plenty to look at on the beach in between reading my book and having a swim. It was at the beach I got one of the great tips from one of my girlfriends.

It was not a horse tip nor some lame Brandos Bombs sports tip but a way to avoid contact with His Highness over the weekend. So, you ask what is this miraculous tip?? Use blocking number on your Iphone. His Highness tried to ring 6 times on Saturday – starting with “I am going to have a good day at the track” to the last message “can you send me some cash from the emergency account”. I gave him the pleasure of a text at 6pm saying that “I used the emergency account for my trip to Noosa – it is money well spent” His reply “ohh did I agree to that” to which I replied “you agreed to it last Saturday afternoon after your day at the cricket.” He he he. Great weekend with my girlfriends at Noosa and a top week with His Highness until he showed me a draft of his Brandos Bombs newsletter. He thinks he is Hank Moody from Californication – I assured him he is nothing like Hank other than one trait. Hank is good looking, wealthy, allegedly good in the sack and can write. You my friend are none of those other than you cause chaos all about you as does Hank.
