Hey sports360 fans, it’s time for TMF! TUESDAY MORNING FOOTBALL! The last game for Week 5. Monday night back in the good ole US of A! It’s the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at the Carolina Panthers. We are all still wondering where last year’s league MVP has gone and what happened to the team that lost only 2 games last season, one being the Super Bowl, of course. To answer where Panther’s QB, Cam Newton, has gone, it’s to the sidelines because of the concussion protocol. So they are without their starting quarterback, they are without their starting running back Jonathan Stewart, they are without offensive lineman Michael Oher (remember the movie The Blind Side? That’s him…Big Mike!) The Panthers defense allowed 48 points last week against the Falcons and they haven’t been able to do anything this week to shore it up. Look for big Jameis Winston to throw a lot tomorrow and put up some big numbers. He’s going to be fighting to keep his starting role as he’s thrown 8 interceptions already this year. I’m taking the Bucs to win as they are paying 3.00 head to head, but, for a little safer bet, take the Bucs +5.5 (1.95).

Sunday, October 9th 2016

Welcome to Week 5 of the NFL sports360 fans! One quarter of the season is already gone and there have been some strange and unexpected wins. And picking winners doesn’t get any easier from here.
So let’s look at the Monday morning game being broadcast free to air on channel 7Mate. At 3 am Queensland time, the New York Jets are at Pittsburgh to take on the Steelers. The Jets are struggling with Ryan Fitzpatrick throwing 9 interceptions in his last two games. He will have the yips. The Steelers are rolling again at 3-1, even though they embarrassed themselves in Philadelphia 2 weeks ago. Check out what gets you a $24K fine in the NFL. This is after the $12K fine on the first offence. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xjI_kPMijOM Antonio Brown is hot, and not just in the end zone. UBet and Vegas have the line at -7.5 (1.95) for Pittsburgh. Take the hot team.
Next on 7Mate at 6:25 am are my beloved Bengals at the Dallas Cowboys. America’s team is 3 and 1, while my Bengals are a mediocre 2 and 2. The Bengals still have one of the top defenses in the league and Vontaze Burfict is back after serving a 3 game suspension. He makes them even better. The Cowboys do have their amazing running back Ezekiel Elliott playing on a high note. He is 2nd in the league in rushing with 412 yards in 4 games. Look to the Bengals to shut him down and force quarterback Dak Prescott to throw the ball. And if Dez Bryant is out again (possible), that will be tough for the rookie. Take the Bengals -2 (1.90).
The last game on 7Mate starts at 10:30 am where the NY Giants travel to Green Bay to take on the Packers. Manning vs. Rodgers. Two veteran Super Bowl MVPs and Super Bowl winning quarterbacks. The Giants, who spent some money upgrading their defense in the off season, haven’t seen the rewards of their spending yet, mostly due to injury. The Packers don’t have a great defense either. They also historically, don’t do very well against the Giants. The Packers are favoured by 7 but I’m looking for a shootout. The over/under is 48 (1.90). I say take the over but if you are looking for some value, the Giants are 3.25 head to head. Look for Buccaneers vs Panthers tips on Monday at sports360.com.au.
